Elite Curls & Braids accepts eligible return requests submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility Rules

Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days from purchase date.
Items that have been tampered with are not eligible for refund.
Tampering includes alteration such as cutting the lace frontal of a wig.

This form does not ask for personal details. Submit only the minimum order and product information needed to identify the sale and assess refund eligibility.
